A Little About Our Development

 

The new $15 million Comfort Suites hotel, located on 25th Avenue north of the Research Part at South Dakota State University, is open for operation. The first of two phases on

the 5.1-acre lot house a high-quality, three-story, 100-room Comfort Suites hotel. 

Den-Wil owns the 31 acre Wilbert Square Commercial and Retail Development, directly south of the South Dakota Research Park and north of Lowe’s adjacent to I-29. In addition, a Taco-Bell and Little Caesars franchise joined the property. Coming in 2018, the Wilbert Square Convention Center and the Comfort Suites' Restaurant and Bar attached to the hotel.
